Coastal and peaceful set in beautiful countryside but only 2 mins drive from village/town and 5 miles from the sea at La Palmyre. Miles of wonderful surfing beaches with dunes and lighthouse can be found along La Cote Sauvage behind which is the Foret De La Coubre or more sheltered bathing can be found at the Plage de la Grande Cote. All accessible by cycle tracks. Within easy reach of bustling Royan and Saint Palais sur-Mer and and a little further afield are Saintes, Cognac and La Rochelle. Off the coast is the beautiful Ile de Oleron with its wide sandy beaches easily reached by road bridge. The bungalow is well equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and ironing equipment. Comfortable, light, open plan living area with french doors opening on to the front and rear of property with TV and video. Double bedroom, twin bedded room and a room with bunk beds, large bathroom with bath and shower and separate wc. The garden is safe and enclosed equipped with patio furniture and BBQ. Gas, electric, duvets, pillows and linen provided (not towels). Saturday changeover.
